Referring to ethology, the science that studies the behaviour of animals in their natural environment, instead of the observation of domesticated horses, we can better know :

Their characteristics and their needs at a holistic level : physical, emotional, social and psychological.

How they communicate, what relationship we should establish with them so that they feel comfortable with us, and how we should behave so that they are eager to satisfy our requests.
What I teach is not a technique or a method, but an attitude : what qualities we should develop so that the horse identifies us as his «guide and protector». It is useful to have a « toolbox », but what matters is to know when and how to use one or the other, being able to adapt oneself to each horse, at each moment …
